What we collect, and who sees it
The short version: providers see the job, not you, until you choose one.
Who we are
Quotuno operates a marketplace that connects businesses in Thailand with providers of accounting, audit, corporate, payroll and immigration services. For questions about your data, write to hello@quotuno.com.
What we collect
- Your request. The service category and the answers you give in the intake form, including anything you type in the free-text box.
- Your contact details. Name, email address, and optionally company name and phone number.
- Correspondence. Emails you send us and answers you give to follow-up questions.
- Quotes from providers. The documents and messages providers send in response to your request, and the structured version we produce from them.
- Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages are visited and which steps of the form are completed. We use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and never receives your name, email address, company name or request link.
- Email address, if you ask for a form PDF by email. On the form glossary pages you can download the annotated PDF directly, or ask us to email it to you. If you do the latter, we keep your email address, the form you asked for and the time you ticked the consent box, and we send one email. You are not added to a list and nothing else follows. Write to us to have the address deleted.
Who we share it with
Before you choose a provider: invited providers receive the job description only: category, your intake answers, free text. They do not receive your name, email address, phone number or company name.
When you choose a provider: we introduce you by email. From that point that one firm has your contact details, because it cannot do the work otherwise. The other invited firms never receive them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or to firms you did not choose.
Service providers we rely on
- Supabase: database and file storage for requests and quotes.
- Vercel: hosting of this website.
- Resend: sending and receiving the emails involved in your request.
- Anthropic: the AI model that reads a provider's quote and produces the structured English version. Quote documents are processed for this purpose and are not used to train models.
- Plausible Analytics: cookie-less, aggregate website statistics.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Because you asked us to: you submit a request in order to receive quotes, and handling it (inviting providers, relaying questions, producing the comparison, introducing you to your chosen firm) is the service you asked for. We also keep records where the law requires it, and use aggregate statistics to improve the service.
How long we keep it
Requests, quotes and correspondence are kept while your request is live and afterwards as a record of what was quoted and agreed, which is useful if a dispute arises later. If you want your request and contact details deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Email hello@quotuno.com and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Requests, quotes and uploaded documents are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and the pages that show your comparison are reachable only through the unguessable link we email you. Treat that link as private and do not post it publicly. Those pages are excluded from search engines.
Children
Quotuno is a service for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page. If the change is significant and affects a live request, we will email you.
