Quotuno

Terms

Terms of use

Quotuno introduces you to providers. The work itself is a contract between you and the firm you choose.

Plain-language terms, written to be read. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before you rely on them commercially.

1. What Quotuno is

Quotuno is a marketplace. We collect your requirements, invite providers to quote, translate and structure what they send, and introduce you to the provider you choose.

Quotuno does not provide accounting, audit, tax, legal, immigration or payroll services, and nothing on this site is professional advice. We are not a party to any engagement you enter into with a provider.

2. Using the service as a customer

3. Quotes

A quote is an offer from a provider, not from Quotuno. The provider's original document is the binding version; our structured English rendering exists to help you compare and is produced automatically with human review. We do not alter a provider's prices or terms.

Mistakes in translation or structuring are possible. Read the original before you commit, and tell us if the two disagree so we can correct it.

4. Choosing a provider

When you choose a provider we share your contact details with that firm and introduce you. Everything after that (scope, contract, fees, invoicing, timing and quality) is between you and the firm. Quotuno does not supervise the work, does not guarantee it, and is not responsible for it.

5. Using the service as a provider

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to deliver comparisons quickly, but we do not guarantee that a given number of providers will reply, that they will reply within a given time, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Quotuno is not liable for loss arising from a provider's work, advice, delay, pricing or conduct; from your decision to engage a provider; or from errors in a translated or structured quote where the original was available to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the structured quote format belong to Quotuno. A provider's quote belongs to that provider; by submitting one, a provider allows us to translate, structure and show it to the customer who requested it.

9. Ending it

You can stop using Quotuno at any time and ask us to close a live request. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, for example a provider who contacts customers outside the platform, or quotes prices it does not honour.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
